M. Custom Tees started like any multi-million dollar company does these days: from a computer. Only thing is, we’re not a multi-million dollar company. In August of 2009, Michael Moses began creating designs for his former high school football team. Today, he’s doing the same thing but for many more clients.
M. Custom Tees is operated solely by Michael Moses, a 21 year-old Applied Communications major at Kent State University. Michael takes care of all day-to-day operations, including graphic design work for his orders.
Mostly all M. Custom Tees clients allow Michael to make his own designs for their respective organization or team. Let’s say, for example, a high school basketball team with the nickname “lions” wants to place a t-shirt order. Michael provides between 3-5 separate designs, all with different lion logos and graphics. Different apparel colors are included in the art proofs, as well.
This option is usually the best when it comes to customer satisfactory, as Michael is a college student himself. He can relate to high school students and their interests much better than booster clubs and parents when it comes to graphic design.
